About this notice
This notice covers information you choose to enter in the HR Nova website demo or quote request form. It does not describe employee data held in the HRMS application, candidate applications or the privacy practices of a deployed product tenant.
What the form asks for
The form asks for your name, work email and company. You may also choose a role, company-size range, priority workflow and a message about what you want to evaluate. The website asks you not to include employee records, salary details or credentials in that message.
Why this information is requested
The contact details would allow the Sunbonn team to reply to your demo or quote request. The role, size, priority and message would help prepare a relevant product conversation. The current website concept does not run analytics on your form answers.
How requests would be handled
When the form is configured, requests are sent through Twilio SendGrid to info@hrnova.ai so the team can respond. The message includes the contact and workflow details you provide and your privacy acknowledgement. The website endpoint does not save form contents locally. It temporarily stores hashed network addresses and request counts to limit repeated submissions. Email retention and who can access the inbox still need to be documented.
The page loads DM Sans and Manrope from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve those font files. Local font fallbacks are available if that request fails.
How long information is kept
Sunbonn has not supplied an approved retention period or deletion process for website inquiries. Those details must be added before the form is connected to a recipient.
Your choices and requests
You can choose whether to submit an inquiry and which optional fields to complete. A privacy contact and a process for asking about, correcting or deleting an inquiry must be confirmed before this notice is published.
Who to contact
Sunbonn appears in the application branding. Its approved legal company name, public privacy contact address and postal details have not yet been supplied for this website notice.
